Bailie Harris

Bailie began her nursing career in 2014 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis. She developed broad clinical experience across multiple care settings, including critical care and progressive care, where she strengthened her skills in managing medically complex patients.

She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Middle Tennessee State University in 2021 and joined Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates in 2023. Known for her compassionate approach and strong clinical judgment, Bailie is highly respected by both her peers and her patients.

Bailie’s professional interests include the care and management of sleep disorders, as well as her work with the lung nodule clinic, where she contributes to early detection and coordinated patient follow-up.

Outside of her clinical practice, Bailie enjoys spending time with her family and tending to her garden, which brings her balance and joy beyond the workplace.
