Alexandra Keller is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders. Her clinical expertise is grounded in pulmonary and thoracic medicine, with a strong focus on helping patients achieve healthier breathing and restorative sleep.
Alexandra earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at MidAmerica Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences with a minor in Biology from Kansas State University.
Her career began in thoracic surgery recovery, where she cared for patients following complex chest procedures and gained extensive experience in vascular and pulmonary surgical operations. During her nurse practitioner training, she completed rotations in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and intensive care, developing a strong foundation for managing acutely ill and medically complex patients.
At Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates, Alexandra provides care in both the clinic and hospital settings. She evaluates and manages patients with lung disease and sleep disorders in the outpatient clinic, and performs inpatient pulmonary consultations for hospitalized patients.
Alexandra is passionate about empowering her patients to breathe easier, sleep better, and live fuller, healthier lives through evidence-based, patient-centered care.
