Rachel DeNeve

Rachel joined Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates in September 2025 as the newest member of the provider team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from Indiana University–Purdue University and went on to complete her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South College.

Rachel built a strong clinical foundation in the Cardiovascular ICU at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she gained extensive experience caring for critically ill patients. Following her PA-C certification, she served as a primary care and urgent care provider at Complete Health Partners, developing broad expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions.

With her combined background in respiratory care, critical care, and urgent care, Rachel brings a diverse and valuable skill set to the practice. She looks forward to contributing to SPSA’s comprehensive approach to pulmonary and sleep medicine and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
