Nikki Nagel joined Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates in November 2010, just three days after relocating to Manchester, Tennessee, with her husband and children from Ohio. With over a decade of clinical experience, Nikki began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in family practice and internal medicine.

At Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates, she initially served as Dr. Patel’s CMA and later took on responsibility for performing pulmonary function tests (PFTs) for approximately seven years. Nikki’s strong leadership, clinical expertise, and dedication to patient care led her to her current role as Practice Manager, a position she proudly assumed in 2022.

Outside of work, Nikki treasures time spent with her family and friends, especially her three grandchildren.
